Delivery
We mostly use 3 methods of dispatch Royal Mail 1st Class Post, Interlink or DPD (both part of GeoPost) to deliver orders throughout the United Kingdom and the European Union
"Buy it Now" plain (blank) garments
Royal Mail 1st Class Post is "mostly" a next day service. Postage rates are calculated based on the value of the total order.

If you are not in when the Postman calls, a calling card will be left for you; this will mean that you’ll need to go to your sorting office to collect the parcel.
Express delivery is available on all “Buy It Now” garments for £8.50 per order.
So long as the order is received by 2.00pm on any particular working day, we will dispatch it on an overnight signed for service, with DPD, for delivery on the next working day (Highlands and Islands will take longer).
Delivery should be made by 5.30pm. The driver will require a signature and will not leave your purchase in the garage or anywhere else without one.
If you are not in when the delivery is attempted, the driver will leave a calling card with instructions for you to contact the delivering depot to organise a mutually beneficial delivery date.
For European deliveries please allow longer, for example, delivery to islands in the Mediterranean can take up to 3 weeks using the Post, but 1-2 weeks is normal.
Embroidered and printed garments
Normal embroidery or screen print jobs have a lead-time of 2-3 weeks from receipt of your payment, but in quieter times of the year we will deliver quicker than this. Unless you state that you would like to collect your purchases, all orders will be dispatched using a next day carrier service, normally Interlink, to all mainland destinations excluding the Scottish Highlands. For all the islands and highlands, the delivery service is 2-3 day.
The first box is £12 (ex VAT) but after that the delivery rates vary according to the weight. Please note that this time span is assuming the stock garments are available. If our suppliers have run out of a particular product, delivery will take longer. We will be able to advise at the time of ordering.
For all mainland European customers, your goods will take 2-5 days longer to arrive, depending on your delivery address. Rates will vary so please enquire at time of order.
All made to order products will take longer to deliver due to the production time. UK and EU based factories will take 4-8 weeks and Far East factories will take 8-16 weeks, based on sea freight. Please note that all of these timings are estimates and that the time does not start until we have received a confirmation of order and the agreed deposit.
